Sustainability and Government Work Forum: “Green Economy Management in Arab Countries”

The Arab Administrative Development Organization held the "Sustainability and Government Work Forum: Green Economy Management in Arab Countries" on the occasion of World Environment Day and in alignment with the United Arab Emirates efforts hosting the COP28 conference.

The forum's significance stems from the organization’s interest in sustainable development issues and building an integrated approach to development management, ensuring the sustainability of resources in the face of climate change in the Arab region. This is done in accordance with the principles and foundations outlined in relevant international agreements and protocols.
The forum aims to enhance sustainability in government work by fostering partnerships between the public and private sectors and facilitating the exchange of experiences among governments to improve their performance in the field of sustainable development.
As part of the forum's activities, the report "Sustainability and Government Work: The Status of Arab Governments" was launched, in collaboration between the organization and the government of the United Arab Emirates.
