Jahiz is a national initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in November 2022. It is an integrated digital platform for future skills, designed to enhance the readiness of federal government employees and equip them with the skills necessary to adapt to future changes. Jahiz was developed in partnership between the Government Development and the Future Office and Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.
