The Future 100 initiative is an annual national program launched to celebrate World Futures Day. In partnership with the Ministry of Economy, it recognizes and honors the top 100 emerging companies which contribute to the UAE's future-readiness in the new economy. This initiative strengthens the UAE’s reputation as a global hub for creativity, innovation and an attractive destination for top talent in future-focused sectors.

The initiative highlights these emerging companies by featuring them on the “Future 100” list during an annual ceremony, where they also receive the “Future 100” award. The companies are further supported through an incubation system to help accelerate their growth, access new markets and connect with investors and the broader business community. Additional support includes access to competitive financing and technical assistance, in collaboration with both government and private sector partners, as well as business incubators.

Developed by the UAE Future Mission platform from the Government Development and the Future Office, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy, this initiative is designed to promote continuous growth in future sectors.
